Queen Anne style "Beau Brummell" dressing table with double hinged top concealing a lift-up adjustable easel mirror and rectangular velvet inset removable top concealing an interior fitted for washbowl and beaker cups above a fold down commode drawer and a single locking drawer raised on front turned legs ending in pad feet united to the back stiles by a shaped stretcher. Height 34.15", width 18.75"(closed), width 37.6" (open), depth 16". Provenance: From the Estate of Mr. & Mrs. H.C. Carson of Atlanta, Georgia.
