WEDGWOOD BLUE JASPERWARE CHEESE KEEPER, C. 1895, H 8 1/2", DIA 11 1/2":Having a blue ground with leaf, vine and acorn motifs just above and below the shoulder of the dome and at the rim of the plate and motifs of classical and allegorical figures (such as a putto, a peacock, a winged woman, etc..) at the sides. The underside of the plate is impressed with "Wedgwood". From the collection of Robert Rene Helfenstein, Grosse Pointe Farms.
