RUSSIAN SILVER, ENAMEL & NEPHRITE HINGED EGG ON STAND AFTER FABERGE, H 11 1/2":A red enameled egg surmounted by an Imperial eagle, hinges open to silk and velour lining and a carved nephrite egg mounted with a crown and four Imperial eagles; the whole accented with crows, bowknots and floral swags, raised on a square nephrite base and four paw feet (not marked); stamped at the top of the egg and at the rim of the base with kokoshnik, Faberge cipher, and unidentified maker's mark in Cyrillic (see photo).
