EDMUND M. GILL (BRITISH 1820-1894) WATERCOLOR ON PAPER, 'THE WATER MILL', 1839, 9 1/2" X 11":Signed and dated within the image lower right "E.M. Gill, 1839". Depicting two figures in landscape, with a bridge over a river leading to cottage. Gilt framed and matted underglass. Reverse label reads "Daniel Rees, Fine Art Dealer, 766 Crescent Rd. Jackson, MI". The artist exhibited 53 works at the Royal Academy in London, between 1842-1872.
