Lancaster County, Pennsylvania walnut two part pewter cupboard, ca. 1750 , the dentil molded cornice over 3 shelves with spoon racks and plate rails flanked by pronounced scalloped and spurred sides, resting on a base with 3 lipped drawers and 2 raised panel doors with rattail hinges, flanked by sunken panel stiles supported by straight bracket feet, retains an exceptional fine old surface, 82" h., 60" w. Pictured in Odenwelder Collector's Art A and Z pg. 9 and 18, 1948. Provenance: Emery family of Oley Valley; Edgar & Charlotte Sittig; Asher J. Odenwelder, 1958.
