ENGLISH VICTORIAN STERLING SILVER CIGARETTE CASE, 1876, 3 1/4" X 2 1/4":Simple form case contains a medallion at the front with a crest above a banner that reads "Foy Pour Devoir (Faithful to Duty)". The interior has a gold wash and is stamped at both covers and includes the maker's initials "HTB" enclosed within a rectangle, a lion passant, an uncrowned leopard's head, the date letter "A" and the duty mark of the monarch (Queen Victoria 1).
