GEORGIAN STERLING SUGAR TONGS (9), LATE 18TH C. , L 5 1/2"-6":Including 2 with reticulate sides, engraved monograms on both, one also engraved "London 1777" and the other probably by George Baskerville (both with small solder repairs); 4 with bright cut engraving, three of which are monogrammed, makers include Saml. Godbehere & Ed. Wigan, and Mat'w Fenton & Co.; and 3 plain, one by Geo. Smith & Wm. Fearn, another with date mark for 1781-82. All with various hallmarks; totaling approximately 10.25 troy oz.
