FRENCH NEOCLASSICAL STYLE BRONZE & BLACK BELGIAN MARBLE MANTLE CLOCK, C. 1895, H 25", W 7", L 20":Having a bronze Classical figure with "Reduction Sauvage" on the base that is flanked by a column on either side, all stand atop a black Belgian marble mantle clock which is flanked by various motifs in gilt bronze, including instruments, an urn, mask and chalice and a ram's head. Retailed by Ball, Black & Co.; the works are stamped "SF & JD" which is surmounted by a star. Includes two keys.
