CHINESE ROSEWOOD SERVER, H 36", L 38", D 18":The top surface has upturned ends and sits atop a horizontally hinged cabinet door with a mother-of-pearl face and opening to full width storage; the door is supported by a brass retracting door brace; the cabinet is flanked by two contoured side brackets in mother-of-pearl. At the bottom are two vertical cabinet doors with mother of pearl inlay and brass pulls, opening to a horizontal drawer along the top. All inlay depict flowers, vines and peacocks. Rectangular corner framework forms the legs at the bottom.
