JAPANESE ENAMELED SILVER TEA SET, MEIJI PERIOD, 1868-1912, FOUR PIECES, H 2 3/4"-4 1/2":Including 1 teapot, 1 creamer, 1 covered sugar bowl, and 1 sugar tongs; each piece of melon-form, adorned with flowering branches in shades of yellow, orange, white and green. The teapot having a butterfly finial. Signed at the side and also marked at the underside of a tortoise, or turtle, enclosed in a triangle (unidentified, see photos). The tongs do not appear to marked, L.4 3/4". Totaling approx. 29.93 troy oz.
