ENGLISH AESTHETIC MOVEMENT CERAMIC URN WITH ORMOLU MOUNTS, LATE 19TH C. , H 28", DIA 13":A large sized urn/vase with motifs in the Japanese taste, three primary reserves on a cream colored ground include a quail, picturesque landscape and a woman dressed in a kimono, accented by smaller reserves enclosing landscapes, fish and fauna; with a brass rim, on a bronze platform with elephant masks surmounting the three supports. Late 19th century.
