FRENCH CHAMPLEVÉ, BRASS & ONYX ANNULAR CLOCK, LATE 19TH CENTURY, H 25", DIA 10 3/4":Surmounting the piece is a brass orb that is decorated with stars and a transfer decorated band which lists the months (in French) above vignettes that depict the Zodiac; all of this is supported by three pieces, a clock, a thermometer and a barometer, that are joined as one by elaborate brass fittings. All are situated on three columns that rest on an onyx base. No apparent markings. Includes a separate stand.
