Ben Smith (American (Atlanta, Georgia), 20th century). "Masquerader with Pig Mask" - 1972, limited edition 1/55, monumental woodblock print, pencil signed and titled lower left "Masquerader with Pig Mask 1/55 Ben Smith 1972 Ink". Woodblock in black ink on ivory paper depicts a woman with wild hair at left looking over her right shoulder toward viewer while holding a masquerade mask in the form of a pig's face just before her, the woman in a black pleated cape set above fluid abstract decoration to bottom. Framed approximately 43" x 30".
