English, first half of 20th century. A flame mahogany veneered breakfront cabinet in the style of the George III era (1760-1820), the upper case comprising of a molded and carved cornice decorated with Greek key molding, projecting decorated with carved urns surmounting two mullioned glass doors, the muntins forming an upper Gothic arch with carved finial in the shape of a fleur de lis, over two astragal form arches forming a cross, opening to interior with three adjustable shelves, the sides with holes for shelf adjustment, overall flanked by carved squared fluted columns, over projecting waist molding, the lower case comprising of two doors with egg and dart molding separated by molded projecting partition with central keyhole, overall flanked by projecting molded columns, all raised on plinth base. Approximate height 78", width 50", depth 15.5".
