WILKINSON LONDON STRAIGHT BLADE SWORD, C 1902, L 32" BLADE:having a 32" straight fullered blade with date stamp on blade 11/02. Wilkinson inspector stamp "Crown over 49 W"; Defines an English made sword; plated metal over brass shell form guard with "ER VII" engraved on shell guard (King Edward VII, 1901-1910). Wire wrapped leather hilt with top strap integral to oval form pommel. Nickel plated scabbard with two hanger rings and stamped "717 R. C. R. 39" along with two arrows inside 'omega' figure.
