JAPANESE OFFICER'S DRESS SWORD, C19TH/20TH C, L 33" BLADE:having a 33" slightly curved fullered blade, brass single bar hand guard, with chrysanthemum and pierced designs. Black leather over wood with brass wire wrapped hilt. Brass back strap with chrysanthemums over hilt and integral with oval pommel. Nickel plated scabbard with single ring hanger.
