French Empire gilt metal mounted mahogany kneehole desk with a hinged fall-front revealing a green baize writing surface and six short drawers, centered with pigeon holes and an open document shelf, over an incurvate recessed opening flanked to each side with gilt wrapped pilasters and gilt mounted paneled cupboard doors on turned feet. Height 37.15", width 42", depth 20.4".
