Painting depicting three abstracted and angled nude male figures in interior with large window at back. Figures appear to be in staggered gestures-- standing, crouching and sitting. Framed 27" x 36.5". Unframed 16" x 26". Remnants of gallery sales labels on back. Note: The Cress Gallery at University of Tennessee, Chattanooga bears the name of the artist as he served as UTC's Guerry Professor of Art Emeritus and worked as a dedicated lifetime advocate of the University's Gallery of Art and its importance for both campus and community. Provenance: From a Private Collection in Rabun Gap, Georgia.
