Old Master painting finely rendered with a number of figures in a variety of poses in the foreground resting and tending to their horses in front of a large stone medieval castle architectural ruin (possibly of Pesche Castle in Italy) in a hilly Italianate or European landscape with trees and view of village below under blue sky with scattered clouds. Framed approximately 31.125" x 37". Unframed approximately 26.25" x 30".
