'FRANCE & SON', DANISH, MID CENTURY MODERN TABLES, C. 1950, TWO, H 17" & 23", PETER HVIDT:Including one teak side table, designed by Peter Hvidt and Orla Molgaard Nielson for France & Son, fitted with a lower cane paneled shelf, and raised on tapered legs, measuring H. 23" x 27" x 20 1/2"; together with one teak coffee table, a two part construction with a round form top and base, measuring H. 17 1/2" x 35 1/2". Both feature the France & Son label at the underside, circa 1950s.
