EDWARDIAN MAHOGANY & BURL WOOD INLAID WRITING DESK, C. 1900, WITH CHAIR:Kidney shape with contrasting burl wood inlays at the periphery, having a center drawer with two stacked drawers on each side, all with burl wood on the edges of the facades, brass pulls, square tapered front legs and curved rear legs. Corner brackets at the knee hole reinforcing the center and side drawer framework. Includes a Regency style chair with scroll form back frame and painted cross arrow back splats, with gilt accents cushioned seat. Drawers are dovetailed. Hardware is in good shape.
