Herend Porcelain Manufactory (Hungary, 1826- ). A large handpainted porcelain rooster or cockerel with red fishnet patterning over most of the body, gold beak, purple, pink, and teal wings, and red, black, blue, and gold tail feathers, with rooster standing erect on white base decorated with purple and green swirls. Marked to underside with blue stamp "Herend-Hungary, Handpainted", hand painted mark "5030 | VH, E 37", and impressed marks of the same information. Approximately 16" tall, 5.25" wide, 13.75" beak to tail._x000D_
