Jens Risom (Danish/American, b. 1916-), U-251 sofa-circa 1955. Mid century modern streamlined upholstered sofa or settee with walnut wood frame typical of Risom's design. Seating raised on four tapered legs, upholstered in graphic textile with circles within curved squares in black and white on tan ground. Approximate height 32.5", width 52.5", depth 30.5".
