AFTER LE CORBUSIER LOUNGE CHAIRS, PAIR, H 28":In the LC-2 style, each is upholstered in neutral leatherette within a tubular steel frame. No apparent markings. Measures H.28" x 35" x 30". After Pierre Jeanneret le Corbusier (1887-1965), manufactured later 20th century. Provenance: The Estate of Roger Margerum (1930-2015), a Detroit-based architect known for his innovative light filled designs. His works include the Ambassador Bridge shelter, The Air force Academy in Colorado Springs, Hart Plaza, and his own home, a 45 degree polygon house built on Detroit’s east side once featured in the Fall 2008 issue of Detroit Home magazine.
