AUGUSTUS REX MEISSEN PORCELAIN TEA SERVICE CIRCA 1800:Exquisite vignettes on each piece and all different. Mark in gilt on reverse of each piece in gold hand painted script. Individual tea pot, creamer, sugar plus cover, cup and saucer. Also triangular tray. Spoon has been broken in two places. Other pieces good. Small hairline in tray approx " long. Ex collection Nancy Dodge Heenan, Grosse Pointe Farms. In fitted old wood box which is in poor condition but was made precisely for china pieces.
