Red and white jacquard coverlet , probably New York, the corners inscribed "1861", the border with foliate design, the interior with spread winged eagles, foliate decoration, bucks, birds, and domed buildings surrounding a foliate wreath with interior circle of flowers, grapevines, swirls, and central star, 98" x 88".
