French, 19th century. French walnut and burl walnut inlaid Secrétaire à Abattant, with molded cornice over a frieze drawer inlaid with interlocking medallions enclosing flowerheads over a shaped fall front with geometric parquetry veneer opening to a fabric covered open interior above 10 small drawers, the fall inset with a brown leather writing surface over a pair of inlaid doors above a scalloped apron raised on squat cabriole legs. Approximate height 62.15", width 36", depth 14.8".
