JAPANESE LACQUER INCENSE BOX, 19TH CENTURY, H 4", L 5 1/2":With tray, brocade case enclosing six small boxes; gold and silver lacquer, the exterior having a nashiji ground with pine, bamboo, cranes and tortoises, medallions possibly a family crest; the interior is gold with nashiji on black ground.
