CARTIER 18KT YELLOW GOLD CUFFLINKS WITH 4 CABOCHON SAPPHIRES + MATCHING TIE TAC:Cabochon sapphires. A number of marking on them. The tie tac has the numbers "?9839" and either "3848" or "3849". The cufflinks are marked with a script "Cartier", something that looks like "Oil 960" (maybe its "011960") a script "Paris" and the number "3556". There is an undistinguishable hallmark on one that is more of a smeared dent on the other cufflink. There is no paperwork or box accompanying them.
