Oscar de la Renta (American, founded 1965), circa early 1990s. A black silk and velvet button front long sleeved column evening dress, the dress body in a matte black silk with patch pockets at either hip bordered at opening with a wide band of black velvet, also with band of black velvet to placket adorned with eight round sparkling rhinestone buttons with three concentric rings of small stones around one center round stone, the long sleeves of black velvet and tapering at the wrist, with lightly padded shoulders. US size 10. Width across shoulders 15.75", length back collar to hem 42.5".
