Painting depicting a full moon in a dark cloudy sky at night above silhouette of rolling mountain landscape and canal with city architecture lining banks, view from interior of building looking out through arched entry with a kneeling woman looking at mother and child religious devotional image in prayer by hanging lantern, other figures conversing and looking out at water beside two dogs.
