Three Colorless Free-blown Leaded Cut Glass Decanters, America, c. 1830, the first a leaded glass wheel-cut decanter of Prussian form, with three applied neck rings above paneled shoulder with a band of polished punties and cross-hatched conjoined diamond shapes above a paneled base, with appropriate period stopper; the second a Bakewell, Pittsburgh, wheel-cut decanter featuring three applied neck rings, panel cut facets at shoulder with a band of polished punties interspersed with strawberry diamond-cut orbs surmounted with fans, polished punty underneath base flange, retains a mushroom-form stopper; the third probably Bakewell of Pittsburgh, wheel-cut decanter of a 'modified Prussian form', with three applied neck rings above a paneled shoulder, with a central band cut with diamond-forms containing cross-hatching, a horizontal ring below, panel cut circumventing ray-cut base, period replacement stopper, ht. 10 1/4, 8 3/8, 8 in.
