Gautrait, France, designed as a maiden with plique-a-jour enamel tresses wearing a diamond and rose-cut diamond diadem, opal accents, diamond and pearl drop, and suspended from fancy link chain, 2 x 2 1/2 in., chain lg. 20 in., pendant signed L. Gautrait, and chain with partial maker's mark for Leon Gariod, guarantee stamps. Several plique panels with some stress fractures possibly from the making, see images. Pearl possibly replaced. Some very minor wear to face. Reverse with area for pinstem finding. Signed L. Gautrait lower right. French guarantee stamp on one loop, another on ring joining to chain. French makers' mark on spring ring.
