Lots 684-694: Jewelry collection of Mrs. Morris Remin- doyenne of the former Remin's of Westchester. Remin's was founded in 1950 by Morris and Rose Remin. Customers flocked to New Rochelle, NY from as far away as California for the likes of Valentino, Armani, Oscar de la Renta, Bill Blass and Galanos -at discounted prices. Mrs. Remin's jewelry had as much flair as her wardrobe. She was particularly fond of master goldsmith Arthur King, and a number of his pieces are presented here. She is, unfortunately, no longer able to go out on the town, but as her family will tell you, Mrs. Remin still has an eye for fashion. Shank with hinged element to support ring on finger.
