English, 19th century. Regency casket form tea caddy with tortoiseshell veneer on exterior with metal monogram plate at top of hinged lid that opens to reveal two storage compartments within with ivory accents surrounding to lift off lids with tortoiseshell veneer and round knob pulls. Lid lined in purple velvet. Overall approximate height 4.9", width 7.1", depth 4.25".
