Mirko Basaldella (Italian/American, 1910-1983) Figure Signed and dated "MIRKO '61" in pencil l. r. Monotype with wax pastels on paper, sheet size 26 x 20 3/4 in., framed. Condition: Deckled edges, not examined out of frame. Note: Basaldella was sculptor-in-residence and Director of Design Workshops at the Carpenter Center at Harvard University. He originally came to Harvard in 1957 to teach at the Graduate School of Design in the Department of Architectural Sciences.
