Caswell" l.l., with a brief note from the artist to Susan Pulsifer along the bottom edge beneath the mat, ink and watercolor on paper, 8 5/8 x 7 5/8 in., and Two Strolling Women , signed "Edward Caswell" l.r., ink and wash on paper, 7 1/8 x 4 3/8 in. Condition: Portrait with typewriter-practice sentences l.r., lithographs based on woodcuts, both having served as postcards announcing gallery exhibitions, written by the artist to Henriette Palmer; Caswell works with creasing, taped to window mats, Women with losses to right side corners and cellophane tape at all four corners on the front.
