This work on government covers an important century in Russian history. This book is bound in quarter burgundy morocco and corners, the head of the spine is somewhat torn, and there are scrapes to the spine with loss of the leather. A gilt armorial stamp appears on the leather on the front cover. The boards are fabric. Top edge gilt, some spotting and toning to contents.
