Austro-Hungarian, c. 1867-1922. An 800 silver and blown green glass chalice or goblet with silver base in the form of an open mouthed boar's head with red glass eyes atop a saucer form that is decorated with an oak leaf border. A bulbous green glass bowl rises out of the boar's mouth and is decorated on neck with applied prunts and on the rim with mounted silver band decorated with an oak leaf border. Marked on base with Austro-Hungarian Empire mark, and on bottom with crescent moon, crown, and 800 along with retailer's mark for Eugen Marcus.Approximately 11.5" tall x 5.75" wide at base.
