Continental School, Late 19th/Early 20th century. Oval porcelain plaque hand painted with young woman with curly dark brown hair pulled up wearing gold necklace contained within an ornate gilt frame further contained within a glazed shadowbox frame. Verso of porcelain plaque signed in red "Neapolitones". Plaque measures approximately 3.5" x 2.6". Overall framed approximately 11" x 9".
