Bamboo Box with Four Drawers, China, 20th century, square shape resting on four corner feet, each of four sides holding a drawer with four compartments and four carved decorations of a bat combined with an endless knot and a longevity medallion, the top decorated with eight symbols of the Eight Immortals paired in four squares, all edges decorated with fluted borders, stained in red-brown and black, 11 3/4 x 11 3/4 x 4 3/8 in.
