Dirk Kuipers (Dutch, 1733-1796) Figure by a Road in a River Landscape with Shipping Nearby Unsigned, inscribed "Aquarel am 1775/naar J. v. Goy..." on the reverse of the paperboard support. Brown ink and wash on paper, 7 3/4 x 5 5/8 in. (19.6 x 14.4 cm), framed. Condition: Minor wear to edges, stray crayon mark u.r., affixed at upper corners and along part of left edge to paperboard support, bearing the collector's stamp of Flores Hopman, Dutch, b. 1961 (Lugt, 3898) on the support l.r.
