Pair of large and impressive gilt bronze figural andirons or chenets with winged nude cupid at top with ribboned sash standing on an incurvate base flanked by satyr and Bacchanalian male nude atop ram's head mounts with cloth swags above acanthus leaf tip ornament above lower section with two additional winged cherubs or putti atop dolphins or serpents' stomachs with tongues protruding and flippers pointed up, young woman with wet drapery gown seated at center with wild cat.
