Six Glasses with Plain Stems, England, 1740-50, each with conical foot with folded rim, a covered goblet with teared inverted acorn finial, cover and funnel bowl engraved with fruiting grapevine, total ht. 9; three wineglasses: two with round funnel bowls, one with engraved grapes, vine, and flower spray to bowl, ht. 5 5/8 and 5 1/2, and one with an ogee bowl, ht. 6 1/4; and two cordials with ogee bowls, ht. 5 and 5 1/4 in. One cordial with possible repair to join of stem and foot. All with light usage wear. Covered goblet with abrasion encircling the acorn.
