After Gotthilf Jaeger (German, 1871-1933) Cold-painted Bronze and Ivory Figure of a Young Falconer, cast in a polychrome medieval page's uniform with a falcon seated on one hand, raised on a marble base, bronze signed "G. Jaeger." and "RM," possibly for Rosenthal and Maeder, Berlin, bronze ht. 9 3/8 in. Rubbing to polychrome areas. Ivory with shrinkage cracks to head. Neck painted over and hand with repair and overpainting.
