Pair of George III Bedside Cupboards, England, late 18th/early 19th century, each top with a patterned inlaid motif above a single drawer and a large compartment enclosed by a tambour door, raised on tapered rectangular legs, ht. 33, wd. 15, dp. 12 in. Each with dry and cracking veneer, some areas of lifting. Slight abrasions to top surfaces. Some worming to interior carcass. Back panel with slight separation at joints. Cracks to side panels. One cupboard with nicks to legs and crack to veneer on the right of the tambour door. The other with slight sun bleaching to one side and a small repair to the left of the tambour door
