Meissen Porcelain Group of a Shepherd and Sheep, Saxony, second half 20th century, the figure mid-stride, with a crook under his arm and knitting needles in hand, followed by three sheep, with a tombstone-shaped marker labeled "100 Km," base incised "O. Pitz" and the underside "y755" and "48," also with blue crossed swords mark, lg. 14 in. Small losses to tip of knitting needles, and yarn around his left arm. Tip of finger with slight nick. Crook with repaired break and overpainting.
