Cast Bronze Shell-form Inkwell, modeled as three open shells joined by leafy seaweed with a central inset glass inkwell topped by a cover against the back modeled as a rock with projecting leaves, ht. 5 1/4, wd. 10 5/8, dp. 7 1/2 in. Small areas of metal fatigue to inkwell cover. Chip to glass inkwell. Both glassinkwell and cover are probably replacements. Usage wear/surface abrasions and nicks to shell interiors.
