Continental School, 20th Century Art Deco Figure of an Exotic Dancer, the ivory and cold-painted, gilded, and paste-set bronze female figure wearing head scarf and veil, small vest, and a billowing harem pants, with arms extended and standing on tiptoe, numbered "52," unsigned, on hexagonal marble base, figure ht. 14 1/4 in. One hand restored. Shrinkage cracks to ivory. Scattered loss to paint and gilt. Ivory areas of the eyes and right arm slightly loose. Overall figure slightly loose from platform.
