Russian Icon Depicting St. Michael the Archangel, 19th century, shown in the center in a white robe with wings surrounded by an assembly of other saints, each with a gilt halo and gilt details to their robes, on a brown ground with Christ in the clouds above, 12 3/8 x 10 in. Craquelure. Scattered retouching particularly along the two vertical cracks to the left. One wedge to the back has been removed. Slight bowing to panel. Scattered abrasions and nicks to edge/back.
